With the foundation repaired and waterproofed, we place clean, washed drainage rock using our rock slinger for controlled, even placement, and install new or replaced weeping tile at the footing. This is the drainage layer that keeps water moving away from the foundation long-term, rather than just holding it back.
We top up with quality soil and restore the surface with proper grading as the final step, so the yard is left graded correctly, not just filled back in.
